Lis Wiehl (born on 19th August 1959) was born on 19 August 1961. She is an American author, and Former legal analyst for Fox News.
She was an adjunct professor in Law at New York Law School and was previously Associate Professor at University of Washington Law School. She has been a legal analyst for National Public Radio's program as well as The Radio Factor hosted by Bill O'Reilly. She is a regular guest on The O'Reilly Factor. Wiehl, who was born and raised within Yakima within Washington State, graduated in Yakima at West Valley High School. She graduated with a bachelor's degree at Barnard College, followed by an MA in literature from University of Queensland, in 1985.
Wiehl worked as a prosecutor for the US Attorney's Office. Her role was as the correspondent for legal issues of the NPR program All Things Considered. She was the "deputy chief of the investigative team for Democrats on House Judiciary Committee" during Clinton's administration. From 1995 until 2001, she was an adjunct professor of law of the University of Washington School of Law in Seattle, where she ran the Trial Advocacy Program. She was an analyst at Fox News from 2001 until 2017.
